Summary

Mr Daniel Fryer farmer at Epney was willing, after the expiration of the Notice to Quit the room of the Framilode Warehouse now occupied by the Framilode Benefit Society, to take the same and pay an annual rent of £3.
Reported that J Clark on 10 October had lifted the paddle and wasted the water of the Lodgemore Feeder. Proceedings be taken unless he pay the fine of 20s.
Wharfage dues of 25s owed by J Jefferies to be enforced immediately.
J Clift.who wilfully wasted the water on 1 November, to pay fine of 5s.
In reply to a request to transfer of the insurance through Mr Norman with the Norwich Union Company, the Clerk was directed to reply to the effect that Mr Norman, for being on the spot at Ebley, and always accessible, it was not considered expedient to remove the NU Co.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 12^th day of November 1867
Present: M^r G H A Beard, W W Kearsey Chairman, J C Hallewell, T M Croome, F S Thornton, C H Fisher.
M^r Peyton the Surveyor reported that M^r Daniel Fryer of Epney, Farmer, was willing at the expiration of the Notice to quit the room at Framilode Warehouse, now occupied by the Framilode Benefit Society, to take the same at the annual rent of £3..-..- to be used for the purposes of the said Society.
Resolved that this offer be accepted on a prepared document being signed by M^r Fryer.
The Surveyor reported that on the 10^th of October last J Clark lifted the Paddle, and wasted the water of the Lodgemore Feeder.
Ordered that such proceedings as the Act of Parliament, or, Bye Laws admit, be taken against him, unless he pay the Fine of Twenty shillings on application.
Ordered The Wharfage dues of 25^s/ owing by S Jefferies to this Company be at once enforced in the usual manner.
T Clift willfully wasted the water on the 1^st of November. Ordered that he pay a fine of 5^s/.
In reply to M^r Hawker's communication respecting the transfer of the Canal Insurances effected through M^r Warman with the Norwich Union Company -- The Clerk was directed to reply to the effect, that M^r Warman J^r being on the spot at Ebley, and always accessible, it was not considered expedient to remove them.
