Special Meeting: It was agreed at the meeting with Mr G Ford, Mr A Ford and their solicitor, Mr Parsons, that the drain under the towing path and into the canal near the Double Locks, be taken up, in accordance with the Resolution passed at the last meeting, and the Surveyor was instructed accordingly.
Special Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 28^th day of July 1880 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr G H A Beard Chairman, Mr W H Marling, Mr J Howard, Mr T M Croome. Mr J T Fisher, Mr E C Little, Major Fisher, Mr J T Stanton.
[54] Messrs Ford Bros drain under the Towing path and into the canal near the Double Locks.
Mr G Ford, Mr A Ford and Mr Parsons their Solicitor attended respecting the above, and after the matter had been fully discussed it was decided to take up the drain agreeably with the Resolution passed at the last Meeting, and the Surveyor was instructed accordingly.
