Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 19^th day of August 1880 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr G H A Beard Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Mr W H Marling, Mr J T Stanton, Mr T M Croome.
[32] Thomas Myers Croome of Cainscross in the County of Gloucester, Gentleman attended as sole Executor of the Will of William Woodruffe Kearsey late of Stroud in the County of Gloucester Gentleman, deceased who died on the 20^h day of May 1880. and made out his claim to two shares numbered respectively 128 and 166 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation now standing in the name of the said William Woodruffe Kearsey in the Books of the Company of Proprietors of the said Navigation by producing the tickets or titles of the said shares and the probate of the Will of the said William Woodruffe Kearsey deceased with two Codicils, the Will bearing date the 15^th day of September 1875 and the said two Codicils bearing date respectively the 2^nd day of May 1880, and proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 19^th day of July 1880, and the Claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets ordered to be made out, on the tickets or titles of the said William Woodruffe Kearsey being delivered up.
[32] Thomas Myers Croome of Cainscross in the County of Gloucester Gentleman attended on behalf of, and under a written authority of Henry Hooper Wilton of Whitminster House in the County of Gloucester Esquire and Thomas Commline of the City of Gloucester Banker as Executors of the Will of Harriet Wilton late of Wotton in the City of Gloucester Spinster deceased who died on the 10^th day of July 1880, and made out the claim of the said Executors to two shares numbered respectively 121 and 141 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation and now standing in the name of the said Harriet Wilton in the Books of the Company of Proprietors of the said Navigation by producing the tickets or titles of the said shares and the probate of the Will of the said Harriet Wilton deceased which Will bears date the 3^rd day of October 1876 and was proved in the District Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at Gloucester aforesaid on the 28^th day of July 1880, and the Claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets ordered to be made out on the tickets or titles of the said Harriet Wilton being delivered up.
[32] Evidence was produced by production of the probate of the Will of the late William Woodruffe Kearsey of the death on the 20^th day of May 1880 of the said William Woodruffe Kearsey who was at the time of his death joint owner with Joseph Watts Hallewell of six shares numbered respectively 13, 14, 89, 104, 167 and 178 in the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation which shares will in future stand in the name of the said Joseph Watts Hallewell alone in the said Books, and the ticktes were ordered to be marked accordingly.
[32] Evidence was produced by the production of the probate of the Will of Mary Ann Croome late of Woodside in the Parish of Paiswick in the County of Gloucester Widow deceased the death on the 16^th day of January 1880 of the said Mary Ann Croome who was at the time of her death joint owner with Thomas Myers Croome of two shares numbered respectively 46 and 81 in the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation which shares will in future stand in the name of the said Thomas Myers Croome alone in the said Books, and the tickets were ordered to be marked accordingly.
