Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 17^th day of January 1888 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr W C Little Chairman, Mr H H Mills, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr E P Little, Mr E F Gyde, Mr A J M Ball.
[16] The attention of the Committee was directed to a drain on the property of Mr Kimmins at Ryeford from a privy that appeared to empty into the Canal, and Sir W H Marling proposed to see him on the subject.
[16] The Chairman also said he would see Messrs Webb & Spring regarding a pipe across their land which took the sewage from Villas at Haywardsfield into the Canal.
[37] The seal of the Company was affixed to an agreement for letting a Cottage at Framilode to Tom Taylor.
[4] Mr Hooper having asked permission of the Canal Co to use a small boat on the Canal for taking Wool from the Tip of the Midland Railway Co to Bonds Mill. Permission was given for this purpose at the Annual charge of 30/-.
[7] The Clerk reported that he had sold to the Stroud Local Board the stone, or stone edging, lying on the wharf at Wallbridge, of Eglestaff & Sons, at 1/- per lineal yard.
