General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 October 1889 £947 16s 8d. After wages, etc, profit £327 2s 10d. Dividend of £1 10s declared.
At a General Half-yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 22^nd day of April 1890 @ 3pm

The Minutes of the Committee Since the last General Meeting were approved and confirmed.
[1] It appears that the sum of £947..16..8 has been received from the 1^st day of October 1889 to the 1^st day of April 1890 and a balance brought forward of £15..16..3 from last Half Year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £973..12..11 of which sum £646..10..1 has been applied towards payment of wages, disbursements, etc, (including a sum of £154..7..0 tonnage paid to the T&S Canal Co) and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £327..2..10 available for Dividend.
[13] Ordered that a Dividend of £1..10..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of May next free of Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £27..2..10 to the nest Half Years accounts.
[55] The sum of £128..10..8 in the hands of the Treasurers stands to the Credit of the Reserve Fund.
Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee shall be appointed:
