Mr Kimmins paid 2s 6d half year’s charge for opening to boat house.
New pair of top gates at Dudbridge top lock completed.

Minute No 4. The Clerk reported that T Rowles had paid 1/- for License to take water.
Minute No 5. and that Mr Kimmins had paid 2/6 for half-years charge to 29^th Sept for opening to Boat-house.
The Clerk reported that the new pair of Top Gates put in at the Dudbridge Top Lock were completed.
The Annual Inspection was fixed for Monday the 10^th June instant.
