General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 October 1893 £899 2s 8d. After wages, etc, profit £367 17s 3d. Dividend of £1 10s declared.
At a General Half-yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation was held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 24^th day of April 1894 @ 3,30pm

The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Meeting were approved and confirmed.
It appears that the sum of £8999..2..8 has been received from the 1^st day of October 1893 to the 1^st day of April 1894 and a balance brought forward of £65..12..5 from last Half-year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £964..15..1 of which sum £596..17..10 has been applied towards payment of wages disbursements, etc (including a sum of £113..11..1 tonnage paid to the Thames & Severn Canal Co) and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the Sum of £367..17..3 available for Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £1..10..- on each share e declared payable on the 1^st day of May next free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balance of £67..17..3 to the next Half-years Accounts.
The sum of £469..7..11 in the hands of the Treasurer stands to the Credit of the "Reserve Fund".
Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee shall be appointed (viz);
