Special General Meeting. Bill proposed to be introduced to Parliament submitted and unanimously approved.
Bill for vesting in a Public Trust to be incorporated for that purpose in the Undertaking of the Company of Proprietors of the Thames & Severn Canal Navigation and for other purposes. Proposed by Sir Wm Marling, seconded by E P Little.
At a Special General Meeting of the Proprietors held on Thursday the 7^th day of February 1895 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: MR E Caruthers Little (Chairman), Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr E P Little, Mr H Hamilton Mills.
The Clerk read the circular convening the Meeting.
The Chairman having read a list of the Proxies sent by Proprietors, A copy of the Bill proposed to be introduced into Parliament entitled "A Bill for vesting in a Public Trust to be incorporated for that purpose the Undertaking of the Company of Proprietors of the Thames & Severn Canal Navigation and for other purposes" was submitted for approval of the Meeting, whereupon,
It was proposed by Sir W^m Hy Marling and seconded by Mr E P Little and carried unanimously that the Bill be approved.
