Mr Savage, surveyor of Wheatenhurst Highway Board, declined to rent part of wharf at Stonehouse.
Mr Trower paid 5s for taking water from spring at Whitminster wharf.
No allowance on toll for carriage of sand from Severn at Framilode for Mr Field of Saul.
Mr Wykers to leave canal house, Eastington.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 22^nd day of October 1895 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr H H Mills Solicitor, Mr W P Little, Mr C H Hooper, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr A B Hooper, Mr W J Stanton.
The various Accounts, Books & vouchers signed by M^r Dudbridge the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and passed.
The Treasurers Book was produced, examined and signed by the Chairman.
The Clerk handed the Committee a letter from Mr Savage the Surveyor of the Wheatenhurst Highway Board declining to rent any portion of the wharf at Stonehouse in lieu of wharfage charges.
He also informed the Committee that Mr Trower had paid the charge of 5/- for taking water from the Spring or trough at Whitminster wharf.
Mr Field of Saul having applied for an allowance on the Toll charged for the carriage of sand from the Severn at Framilode to the Junction, the Clerk was directed to inform him that his application could not be entertained.
Mr Wykes having given notice of his intention to leave the Canal House Eastington at Christmas next, the Clerk was instructed to advertise the letting of the house in both Stroud papers.
