It appears that the sum of £781..15..4 has been received from the 1^st day of April 1903 to the 1st day of October 1903 and a balance brought forward from last Half-Year (after payment of Dividend) of £169..14..3 making a total of £951..9..7 of which sum £550..9.7 has been applied towards the payment of Wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £401..- available for Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £1..10..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balance of £101..- to the next Half Year Account.
The sum of £63..6..8 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit and Offices C^o Ltd and £520..1..0 in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £583..7..8 (cost value).
