Messrs Dickinson, Prosser & Cox, tenants at Stonehouse Wharf, evaded decision re rent for additional ground they required. Clerk reported they had already used it for unloading their coal trucks. They must pay rent of 1s per sq yard from Christmas or vacate it.
Mr Lambourn, tenant of Wallbridge warehouse had executed a deed of assignment. He had received offer from Albert Ashmead to rent lower part, as a wheelwright’s shop and from Mr S Hopson of Paganhill at £12 for upper floor, as a carpenter’s shop. Committee decision. Mr Ashmead to give £12 per annum for lower warehouse, Company doing alterations he required and allowing him standing room outside for two vehicles. Chairman to negotiate. Rent for upper floor £14, considering glazing of windows required and increase of insurance.
Interview with Mr Alfred Apperley at Dudbridge about replacing with iron railings his hedge which now bounds his field next towing path, lying between Victoria Inn and Mr Whitfield’s iron works. To draw line straighter and throw some six inches into Company’s bound.
Responsibility for repair of western parapet of bridge over canal at Dudbridge work of County Council under arrangement of 27 October 1870 when bridge was widened on that side.

Mr Hamilton Mills enquired amount annually realised from Fishing Licences. £20. Thought he could obtain £30 from an Angling Association. Committee entertained idea, provided conditions satisfactory, terms made with persons or associations already holding licences, rules maintained, no fishing or intrusion on Sundays.

[F White's injury] The Clerk reported receipt of Cheque £3..12..0 from the 'Ocean' Accident and Guarantee Corporation in the matter of the Accidend of F White in October & that he had acknowledged it in the terms directed.
[Mr Ward sign at Stonehouse] Mr Ward, who had had a first cargo of Staffordshire Coal at Stonehouse Wharf, desired leave to exhibit a business sign board there, and it was sanctioned on the same terms as in other cases - on payment of 1^s/- per annum.
{Dickinson Prosser & Cox land Stonehouse Wharf] Messrs Dickinson Prosser & Cox, tenants at Stonehouse Wharf, had evaded a decision as to the rent to be paid for the additional ground they required there, and as the Clerk reported that they had already more or less used it for unloading their Coal trucks, he was instructed to inform them that they must pay a rent of 1/-per sq yard from Christmas or vacate it.
[Warehouse Wallbridge Mr Lambourn] The Clerk reported that Mr Lambourn, tenant of the Wallbridge Warehouse, had executed a Deed of Assignement (Mr J S Dudbridge trustee) and that he had received offers to rent the lower part from Mr Albert Ashmead of Wallbridge of £8 p annum, as a Wheelwrights Shop and from Mr S Hopson of Paganhill of £12..- for the upper floor, as a Carpenters shop.
[Warehouse Wallbridge] The Committee considered Mr Ashmead should give £12 p annum for the lower Warehouse, the Company doing the alterations he required, and allowing him standing room outside for two vehicles - and left it to the Chairman to negociate with him.
For the upper floor, the Committee thought the Rent should be £14..- considering the glazing of the windows required, and the increase of insurance involved and directed Mr Snape so to inform him.
[Fence at Dudbridge Mr Apperly] The Clerk reported an interview with Mr Alfred Apperly at Dudbridge, who purposes replacing the iron railings, his hedge, which now bounds his field next the towing path, and lies between the Victoria Inn and Mr Whitfields Iron Works. In so doing, he will, at Mr Snape's suggestion, draw the line straighter, and throw some six inches into the Company's boundary.
[Dudbridge Bridge re repairs] A question having arisen with the Surveyor of the County Council, as to the responsibility for the repair of the western parapet of the Bridge over the Canal at Dudbridge, the Clerk reported that he had satisfied the Surveyor that it was the work of the County Counci, as following the late Commissioners of Roads, under the arrangement of OCt 27^th 1870, when the Bridge was widened on that side (Minute Book 6 Folio 82).
[Cheltenham & District Billposting C^o Ltd] The Agent of the 'Cheltenham & District Billposting Company Limited' had applied to rent space on the Wallbridge Wharf, to erect thereon a shed for their convenience, the Clerk was directed to inform them that they might do so at the rent of 1^s/ per square yard p annum a stamped Memorandum or letter to be duly signed.
[Thames & Severn Canal £152..13..11] In response to an application from the County Council for the annual contribution - £150 - (to Sep 30 1906) due by this Company towards the deficit on the Thames & Severn Canal under Act 1895, and for £2..13..11 due under sec 46 on the through traffic, a cheques was signed for £152..13..11.
[Fishing Licenses Mr H H Mills enquiry] Mr Hamilton Mills enquired what amount was annually realized for 'Fishing Licenses' and learning it to be about £20 stated he thought he could obtain £30 p annum from an 'Angling Association'. The Committee entertained the idea, provided the conditions were satisfactory, terms being made with any persons or associations already holding licenses (and the limitations of the Companys rules maintained, including no fishing or intrusion on Sundays).
