No reply from Mr H Terrell. Matter ended. Clerk to print and issue fishing tickets for 1908.
Agreement with Cheltenham & District Bill Posting Co sealed and signed. Legal costs of £1 1s to be shared equally. £3 10s rent due Christmas and £6 half year’s rent to 24 June 1908, payable in advance, due.
Repairs to ice boat nearly completed.
Flooding of most of coal pits in the Forest, through late heavy storms, seriously interrupted canal coal traffic.

[Weighing Machine Stonehouse] The Clerk reported that Messrs Bartlett & C^o had paid the 9^s/- for men's wages at the testing of the faulty plates on the Stonehouse Wharf Weighing Machine, to which they had at first demurred.
[Fishing application Mr H Terrell] The Chairman read to the Committee the terms of the Clerk's letter to Mr H Terrell, in accordance with the minutes of the last Meeting, on the subject of the Fishing application, to which he had requested a reply _by this date_, if Mr Terrell desired to accept the terms. No reply had been received from Mr Terrell, and accordingly the matter was considered ended, and the Clerk was directed to print and issue Fishing Tickets for 1908, as usual.
[Bill Posting Cheltenham and District Billposting C^o Agreement] The new Agreement with the Cheltenham and District Billposting Company, from December 25 prox, was sealed and signed, and the Clerk was directed to forward it on exchange for the duplicate when received duly executed by the Billposting Company. The legal costs of the Agreement and stamp duty £1..1..0 to be shared equally. £3..10..0 Rent, due _to Christmas_, and £6..- Half years Rent to June 24^th 1908, payable in advance, will now be due.
[Ice Boat] The repairs to the Ice Boat were reported by Mr Snape as nearly completed.
[Coal Pits in the Forest] The flooding of most of the coal pits in the Forest, through the late heavy storms, was reported as seriously interrupting the Canal Coal traffic.
