3 tons of coal at 42s 6d per ton to be bought from Mr Beard for office fuel at Wallbridge.
Mr Hopson complained of state of roof of Wallbridge Warehouse. Requested to supply estimate of cost of necessary repairs.
.Eastington and that other repairs had been carried out to the gates & cills.

M^r Beard's estimate for three tons of coal delivered @ 42/6 per ton, was accepted.
Wallbridge Warehouse, M^r Hopson
A letter from M^r Hopson was put in complaining of the state of the roof of the Warehouse. The Clerk was instructed to obtain M^r Hopson's estimate for the carrying out of the necessary repairs.

The several applications to rent were considered and the matter was adjourned for further enquiry.
