Introduction of clause for ceasing right for taking water through Navigation except through pipes not to be pressed, in case Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Co. adverse to its introduction.
At a Special Meeting of the Committee held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Monday the 7^th Day of April 1834
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Stanton, M^R T C Croome, M^r P H Fisher, M^r Wood, M^S S Fisher, M^r Wyatt, M^r J Fisher, M^r Eycott, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Croome.
Having considered the Resolution of the last Committee respecting the omission in the intended Bill for taking water through the Navigation of the Clause ceding the Right, except through pipes, in the case therein contemplated,
Ordered that the introduction into the said Bill of the said Clause be not pressed on the part of the Company of Proprietors of this Navigation, in case the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Company should be adverse to its introduction.
