Mr Croome produced drafts of cases requested in August. They are to be submitted to counsel.
Mr Mason to procure chain for the crane at Dudbridge Wharf,
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 21^st day of October 1841
Present: M^r Cosham, Croome, Joseph Fisher, Beard, Wyatt, Holbrow, Jn^o Stanton, Hughes.
The Books and Account of the Company were examined & approved.
M^r Croome attended and produced the Drafts of the Cases proposed according to the Resolution of the 4 Aug^t last.
Ordered that such Cases be submitted to Counsel for Opinions thereon and that the Opinions be produced to the Committee as soon as they can be obtained.
Ordered that a new Chain for the Crane at Dudbridge Wharf be procured by M^r Mason.
