At a Special Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 4^th November 1841
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Holbrow, M^r Martin, M^r S Fisher, M^r P H Fisher, M^r H Beard, M^r Hughes, M^r J Fisher, M^r Stanton, M^r Geo Wathen, M^r Wyatt.
Ordered that Notice be given _in due time_ to M^r John George to quit the possession of the Dwelling house Yard Warehous Stable & Garden rented by him of the Canal Company at Dudbridge - and that in the mean time an intimation be given him of this order - and that its object is to get possession of the Warehouse, or to establish a satisfactory arrangement respecting the charges for Warehousing, etc.
[Wallbridge Wharf Wall]
Ordered that a Wall be built to support the towing path of the Canal from its termination at the Walbridge Wharf to a distance equal to and corresponding with the wall on the north side of the termination or basin of the Canal; & by that means to widen the space of the Towing path & coal Yard on the south side of the Canal.
Ordered that the following Bills be paid, viz:

Ordered that the payment of the following accounts made by M^r Mason be sanctioned and approved; the same having been paid by him in furtherance of the contract made with the parties on the term of making prompt payment, which term is found to be advantageous to the Company:
