At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Friday the 19th day of May 1843

M^r Cosham, M^r Jos^h Fisher, M^r Sam^l Fisher, M^r Wathen, M^r R^d Hughes in the Chair, M^r Beard, M^r Wyatt, M^r Holbrow, M^r Croome, Stanton.
Resolved that a Vote of thanks be given to M^r Cosham for the trouble he has taken in endeavouring to settle the disputed account with M^r J George and Fred^c Nurse.
Resolved that the Sum of Six pounds Seven Shillings be accepted from Fred^c Niurse and the sum of Five poind Seven shillings & 9^d from M^r George.

Resolved that the proposition of James Nurse on behalf of the benefit Society of Watermen at Framilode to repair the Warehouse there and to construct a Room at an estimated Cost of Forty pounds be accepted and also t pay the Company the Annual Sum of Ten Shillings and the Company agree to allow in Timber and other materials the Sum of Ten pounds. It is also agreed that should the Company at any time take the warehouse into their own possession the Company shall pay the Society on having immediate possession the Sum of Twenty Pounds, Provided the Premises shall have been kept and left in complete repair.
