At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at their Office at Wallbridge, Stroud, on Wednesday the 22^nd day of October 1919 @ 4 o'clock pm

It appears that the sum of £326..3..1 has been received from the 1^st day of April until the 1^st day of Sept 1919 and a balance brought forward of £124..4..5 from the Half Years A/cs (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £450..17..6 of which sum £406..10..2 has been applied towards payment of Wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £43..17..4.
Resolved that the following Gentlemen be appointed to the Committee: Col J R Morton Ball, Major R J Caruthers-Little, Mr John Margetson.
Resolved that in view of the fact that the undertaking had been taken over by the Canal Control Committee the Half Yearly Meeting stand adjourned sine die.
