Mr Grazebrook has been with Mr Ellis-James and Christopher Gardner on behalf of Mrs Ball but has come to no agreement about land.
Mr Wathen Reported that he had attended with Mr Winchcombe and Mr B: Grazebrook at Mr Christopher Gardners, and have agree'd with him for Mrs Balls Land at £57 per Acre, and entered into an Article for that purpose, and that One Hundred pounds is paid in part of the purchase money, and a Receipt Sign'd by Mrs Ball for the same.
Letters having been received this Meeting from Mr Christopher Gardner respecting the Purchase of the Banks on Mrs Balls Estate, and also to demand Tythes for the Parish of Stonehouse and Eastington.
Messrs Knight, Winchcombe, Wathen, Ellis, Arundell, and Grazebrook mett Mr C: Gardner at Mr Whites, but did not come to any agreement with him.

Mr Ellis Reported that he had waited on the Revd Mr Pettat in regard to Stonehouse Church Yard, but could not obtain his Consent, till an equivalent Quantity of Land can be purchased in exchange; Ordered that Messrs Wathen & Hollings be desired to waite on Mr C: Gardner next Tuesday morning to treat with him for a part of Mrs Balls Orchard for the purpose of enlargeing the sd Church Yard, and also to propose to him to exchange a Quantity of Mrs Balls Land for the Revd Mr Pettats Gleabe.
Messrs Wathen and Hollings Reported that they have waited on Mr C Gardner in regard to Mrs Balls Land for enlarging the Church Yard, but did not come to any agreement.
Nothing yet Settled relative to the Church Yard at Stonehouse, Mr C: Gardner being ill.
Messrs Daniel and William Chance attended on behalf of their Father relative to their Lands, and an Article was entered into and executed by them for such Lands as will be wanting; Ordered that the Conveyances be immediately drawn by Mr C: Gardner and the purchase money paid agreeable to the articles entered into.
Ordered that Mr White be desired to apply to Mr Gardner to forward the Conveyance of Mr Chances Land as soon as possible.
Clerk to inform Christopher Gardner that the company is ready to purchase the banks, brickyards and all land of Mrs Balls that the company has used in any respect for the purpose of the Navigation.
Our Clerk Reported that he has informed Mr Christopher Gardner that we are ready to purchase the Banks and Brick Yards of Mrs Ball, in Consequence of which, Mr Gardner has delivered in a Rough Draft of the Conveyance of Mrs Balls Land.
Ordered that our Clerk do write to Mr Gardner for his BIll on the Proprietors of the Navigation.
Ordered that Mr Lane be desired to write to Mr Christopher Gardner for the Title of Mrs Balls Land, in order to make the Conveyance of the Banks, Brick Yards, etc.
Ordered that our Clerk do write to Mr Lane to request he will not omit writing to Mr C. Gardner for the Title of Mrs Balls Land.
~~ Ordered that our Clerk do inform Mr Lane that never any Tender has been made to Mr Gardner of the residue of the Money due to Mrs Ball for the said Land; Ordered that our Clerk do desire Mr Lane to apply to Mr Gardner for an Abstract of the Title of Mrs Balls Land in order that the Conveyances may be drawn.
Ordered that our Clerk do send Mr Lane a Copy of the agreement with Mr Gardner on behalf of Mrs Ball.
