Somerset commonly called Maquis of Worcester, Sir Jacob Wheate Baronet, James Whitthed, Charles Wyndham, Samuel Wallington, Henry Wyatt, Samuel Whitmore, Henry Whorwood, Thomas Whitmore, Samuel Walbank, James Winchcombe, Joseph Wathen, William Wathen, Nathaniel Winchcombe, Henry Winchcombe, William Wilkins, Samuel Webb, John Warren Doctor in Divinity, Durley Wintle, Richard Watts, Nathaniel Watts, Thomas White of Dudbridge, Thomas White of Pagan Hill, Thomas Wathen, Abraham Walbank, John White Doctor in Divinity, Samuel Worthington M.D, Thomas White, Richard Williss, George White, George White junior, John White, Edward Wood, Driver Wathen, Jasper Winnett, Pinfold Westley, Freame Wyndowe, John Thomas Wheate Clerk, Nathaniel Wraxall, Edmund Waller, Samuel Wilson, Nathaniel Webb, William Hayward Winston, the Reverend James Webster Archdeacon of Gloucester, Robert George Dobyns Yate, Thomas Yeates, and Samuel Yeats, shall be, and they and their Successors to be elected In Manner herein-after mentioned, are hereby appointed Commissioners for settling, determining, and adjusting all Questions, Matters and Differences, which shall or may arise between the said Company of Proprietors, their Successors, and Assigns, or any of them, and the several Proprietors of, and Persons interested in, any Lands, Grounds, Tenements, or Hereditaments, that shall and may be affected or prejudiced by the Execution of any of the Powers granted in and by the said recited Act, or this present Act, and for otherwise putting this Act in Execution; and in case any Person or Persons, Bodies Politick, Corporate, or Collegiate, shall be dissatisfied with the Determination of the Commissioners, touching the Recompence and Satisfaction to be paid as aforesaid, or shall not agree with the said Company in the Premises, the same shall be settled and finally determined by a Jury to be summoned for that Purpose, in Manner prescribed by the said recited Act.
Ordered that Messrs Colborne, Hollings & Grazebrook be desired to waite on Mr Jno Webb to make a discretionary agreement with him for the Value of his first Piece of Land next to Walbridge.

Ordered that George Maskell do Sett his men to Work on Mr Webbs Lower Meadow to Dig out the Clay and prepare it for making Brick and to Cutt it out leaving a Slope agreeable to the directions that shall be given him by Mr Gleave.
Ordered that Mr B: Grazebrook be desired to attend in nicking out the Canal in the lower meadows of Mr Webbs Land in order that the Brickmakers may begin to dig out the Clay.
Agreed with Messrs Cook & Hawker Executors of the late Mr Richard Cook that the Company do pay to the sd Executors the sum of £50 for taking down and removing the Stable and Coach Hose and the Consideration of the Lease being given up between Messrs John & Samuel Webb & the late Mr Richard Cooke over and above the purchase money agreed for the Land.
A winding hole is to be formed in Mr Webb’s Lower Meadow.
Mr B: Grazebrook has Nicked out the Land for a Bason in Mr Webbs Lower Meadow.
Ordered that our Clerk do write to Mr Webb, and fix a Day for him to receive the remainder of his money for the purchase of his Land, and that Mr Hollings be desired to attend with him at Mr Colborns at the time of payment.
