intended to be cut through called the upper Rack Close the new lease, and Ewens Orchard and Gabs Lease in the parish of Stonehouse in the County of Gloucester; We do ascertain and Determine to be One Hundred and five pounds per Acre free of all taxes rate and impositions whatsoever-- the value of a piece of arable land of the said Ambross Reddals intended to be cut thro, called Haywards Field in the parish of Stonehouse aforesaid, We do ascertain and determine to be Thirty five pounds per Acre free of all taxes rates and impositions whatsoever.
Ordered that Mr Grazebrook do waite on Ambross Reddal Esqr and pay him in part of the purchase of his Land.

Mr Colborned produded a Rough Draft of the Conveyance of Mr Pettats and Mr Reddalls Lands, which are approved, and ordered to be engrossed and executed as soon as Possible, and at the same time that Mr Pettat be paid in full for his Land.
Our Clerk has been to Mr Reddall in order to get the Conveyance of his Land executed, but he would not execute, without the approbation and Consent of Mr Lane, and a particular exemption from Tythes; Ordered that Mr Ellis be desired to apply to Mr Lane to inspect it and that Mr Lane will send it to Mr Reddall, and when executed that it may be returned to Mr Lane.
Ordered that our Clerk do waite on Messrs Lane & Jepson, in regard to the Conveyance of Mr Reddalls Land, on Saturday next.

Mr Reddall informs us by a Letter from his Daughter that he executed the Deed of Conveyance in the presence of Messrs Blizard & Andrews and left with Mr Blizard to send to Mr Lane.

Stile to be put on towing path at Ewin’s house, and the towpath be mounded with withy setts and hurdles from there to Mr Reddall’s little orchard.
The Stile is put up on Mr Reddalls Land and the Withy Setts are Planted in Conformity to the Order of the last Meeting.
